Account Deletion – School Companion

If you want to delete your School Companion account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to request deletion

Send an email to:
p.henner.18@gmail.com

Subject: Account deletion – School Companion

Please include the email address of the account you want to delete.

What will be deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your user account (Firebase Authentication)
• Timetable data
• Exams, homework and deadlines
• Pomodoro study sessions
• Friends and group data linked to your account
• Notification tokens
• Profile information (name, avatar, class)

Processing time

We usually delete all data within 7 days.

Retention

Some technical logs (such as security logs) may be kept for up to 30 days for fraud prevention and safety. These logs are not linked to your identity and cannot be used to identify you.
